BURGLARY reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue styles or refuse any order placed in breach of these Conditions of Sale, where permitted by law.
If an ordered item becomes unavailable after payment, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the full amount paid for the unavailable item.
Prices & Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency available for your location or selected market.
The total price payable, including product price, applicable taxes where applicable and shipping fees, is shown before you confirm your order at checkout.
Shipping fees are added at checkout and depend on the destination, shipping method, order weight, order size and available carrier services.

Pre-Orders & Presales

For the first drop, estimated delivery is within 4 to 8 weeks from the order date, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Pre-order and presale delivery dates are estimates and may change due to production, supplier, logistics, customs, carrier or other delays outside our reasonable control.

Delivery

Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you when the parcel is delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Until delivery, BURGLARY remains responsible for the proper performance of the delivery in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may result in additional shipping fees, return fees or reshipping costs.
Returns & Withdrawal
Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
If you are a consumer located in France or in the European Union, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day you receive your order, unless a legal exception applies.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
For France and European Union customers exercising their legal right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid for the returned item and the original standard delivery charge where applicable, in accordance with applicable law.
Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, non-conforming or unless otherwise required by law.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you provide proof that the item has been sent back, whichever comes first.
