This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to any purchase option offered on burglaryhills.com, including pre-orders, presales, subscriptions or try-before-you-buy options where available.
At this time, BURGLARY does not offer subscriptions or automatic renewals.
Pre-Orders & Presales
Some products may be sold as pre-orders or presales.
For the first drop, estimated delivery is within 4 to 8 weeks from the order date, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Pre-order and presale delivery dates are estimates and may change due to production, supplier, logistics, customs, carrier or other delays.
Cancelling a Pre-Order Before Shipment
If you want to cancel a pre-order or presale before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and the email address used to place the order.
We will review your cancellation request and confirm whether the order can still be cancelled before shipment.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method.
If the order has already been processed, packed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it. In that case, you may still be able to return the item after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You may request a return after receiving your order, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and your mandatory consumer rights.
France & European Union Customers
If you are a consumer located in France or in the European Union, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day you receive your order, unless a legal exception applies. This right is not affected by this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
Delayed Pre-Orders
If a pre-order or presale is significantly delayed, we will inform you where necessary.
For customers protected by French or European Union consumer law, if we fail to deliver within the announced timeframe, you may have the right to request delivery within an additional reasonable period or cancel the order where permitted by law.
Subscriptions
BURGLARY does not currently offer subscriptions.
If subscriptions are offered in the future, customers will be informed before purchase of the subscription terms, billing frequency, renewal terms and cancellation process.
Try-Before-You-Buy
BURGLARY does not currently offer try-before-you-buy options.
If this option is offered in the future, the applicable payment, return and cancellation terms will be clearly displayed before checkout.
