Customs & Import Duties
For all destinations, BURGLARY aims to ship orders on a duties-paid basis whenever this service is available through our shipping partners.
This means that applicable customs duties and import taxes are intended to be prepaid by us or included in the shipping solution used for your order.
However, in rare cases, local customs authorities, carriers or brokers may request additional duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees or local charges despite our prepaid shipping setup.
If such additional charges are requested by the destination country, customs authority, carrier or broker, they remain the responsibility of the customer unless BURGLARY expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
Customers are responsible for paying any customs or local charges requested in order to receive the package. Refusal to pay such charges may result in delivery delays, return of the package, additional fees or disposal by customs or the carrier.

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Split Shipments
If your order contains several items, including pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship them together or separately depending on availability.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

Damaged Packages

If the item is confirmed as damaged, faulty or non-conforming, we will offer a suitable solution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer laws.
Address Changes & Failed Deliveries
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
We cannot guarantee address changes after your order has been placed or shipped.
Failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may result in additional shipping fees, return fees or reshipping costs.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery or failure to collect the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or refund where applicable.
